The idea for the Sum EP evolved after likeminded producers Banks and Davis’s paths crossed many times in the electronic music scene. Throughout their collaboration, both artists influenced the others ideas, a process morphing back and forth in a flow of creativity. All four resulting tracks are unique to each other but work as an avantgarde stroll through electronic music of today. The EP sees both artists enhancing their skill sets and opens a whole microcosmos of sounds and textures merged with modern production techniques.
